Atlanta, GA --- The successful upstart company, Genesis Racing Shocks based near Atlanta, GA, on the eve of their first anniversary, has announced a new marketing agreement with the Mid Atlantic Championship Series (MACS) for 2007. The marketing partnership was so successful in 2006 that Genesis Racing Shocks management has inked a new agreement for the second consecutive season.

Genesis Racing Shocks was founded on March 1, 2006 by Mike Farr and Mike Lutz, two long-time industry mainstays with decades of combined experience in shock absorber design, engineering and manufacturing and since then have made a big impact on the short track racing industry.

“I have supported the Geesey's since the series started,” stated Mike Farr. “From a business view point you get more for your money with this series. They just do everything they can for you, from promoting your product to running a fair non-bias series.”

“MACS appeals to us for their marketing and their philosophy of supporting the racers in that area, after all their based out of the same area I'm from originally. The MACS series gets drivers from all over the area, and the country for that matter, and they put on one of the best shows out there. They are a fair, non-biased and a very open minded group.”

The MACS series have welcomed Genesis Racing Shocks with open arms. “It is great to have Genesis Shocks back with us for 2007,” commented Jeff Geesey, Race Coordinator and P.R. Director for MACS. “The Mike's, Farr and Lutz, bring so much to the industry not only with their product but their collective wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience. We are certainly gratified to have them back as a significant contributor to the Series and it drivers.”

“I think their support of us speaks volumes. Not only to their commitment to the MACS Series drivers but our vision, direction and dedication to the sport. I believe our ethics and the way we conduct our business relationships helps to foster this level of trust and respect.”

“We are beginning our second decade this year (2007) and we still believe in providing the fans, drivers, sponsors, and media which is a good quick show, with a robust, competitive field of cars, at a reasonable prices having real entertainment value.”

The initial arrangement for the 2007 season finds Genesis Shocks sponsoring a $200.00 gift certificate for a quick time award at five selected MACS events as well as $2,000.00 worth of gift certificates for distribution at the banquet in January of 2008.

As the 2007 season approaches Farr and Lutz can look back on their inaugural season with some sense of pride. “We ended up with 10 championships and almost 100 win's in our first nine months of serving the best racers out there,” said Farr. “And there's some BIG NAMES coming out with Genesis in 2007 so the future looks pretty bright.”
